The Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) is an international
association which serves providers of air and surface medical transport
systems. AMS is built on the idea that representation from
a variety of medical transport services and businesses can be brought
together to share information, collectively resolve problems and provide
leadership in the medical transport community.

(the BPA - College of Paramedics) exists to support and develop the standing
of the profession and to pursue the very best in education and continuing
professional development.

The EMERGENCY NURSES ASSOCIATION
(ENA) is the national Association for professional nurses dedicated to
the advancement to emergency nursing practice.
The International Association of Fire Fighters,
headquartered in Washington, DC, is the 16th largest union among the 64
national unions that make up the AFL-CIO.
IAFF represents more than 263,000 full-time professional fire fighters and paramedics
who protect 80 percent of the nation's population.
The International Tactical
EMS Association, is an organized network of tactical officers,
tactical medical providers, law enforcement agencies and other interested
parties within the Special Weapons and Tactics community utilized
to gather Tactical Emergency Medical Support-related information that can be
disseminated to aspiring and established tactical medical providers and their
teams.
We are a group of professional ambulance and
medical personnel dedicated to the promotion of the Irish Emergency Medical
Services.
The National Association of State EMS Directors supports its members in providing vision and leadership in the development and improvement of EMS systems and national EMS policy. The National Association of State EMS Directors is the lead national organization for EMS, a respected voice for national EMS policy with comprehensive concern and commitment for the development of effective, integrated, community-based, universal and consistent EMS systems.

The mission of National Association of Emergency
Medical Technicians, Inc. is to assure a professional representative organization
to receive and represent the views and opinions of pre-hospital care personnel
and to thus influence the future advancement of EMS as an allied health
profession.

The National Association for Search and Rescue,
Inc., (NASAR) is a not-for-profit membership association dedicated to advancing
professional, literary, and scientific knowledge in fields related to search
and rescue.
NEMSMA is an EMS professional association for
managers interested in the improvement of EMS processes, providers and
systems.
NEMSPA's first and foremost concern is the
promotion of a safe and eminently functional and responsive air medical
industry.
NEMSPA reaches out to pilots from around the nation and provides them with useful
information on the latest technological and procedural advancements in our industry.
The NFPA is the largest independent paramedic
association in the country. Their focus is the professional paramedic and
their stated purpose is to serve as advocates for the profession on a national
basis.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
(NHTSA)
was established to carry out safety programs under the National Traffic and
Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966 and the Highway Safety Act of 1966.
NHTSA is responsible for reducing deaths, injuries and
economic losses resulting from motor vehicle crashes.
The goal of NHTSA's EMS
Division is to
develop/enhance comprehensive emergency medical service systems to care
for the injured patients involved in motor vehicle crashes.
The NREMT mission statement is: To serve as
the national EMS certification organization by providing a valid, uniform
process to assess the knowledge and skills required for competent practice
required by (EMS) professionals throughout their careers and by maintaining
a registry of certification status.
The Paramedic Association of Canada is made
up of its member chapters in almost every province and territory in this
country. Focusing on national issues is the mandate of PAC.
The Texas Ambulance Association
is a concerned group of Emergency Medical Providers operating throughout
Texas.
The TAA provides a forum for private and public
EMS agencies in the State of Texas to discuss issues, share information,
and work cooperatively to improve the delivery of prehospital care to
our customers.
The Texas EMF Foundation is a non-profit corporation
