Rhythm: underlying rhythm is regular, except for frequent PVC

P Waves: morphology is uniform, each P wave followed by a QRS, is normal and upright in lead II

P - R Interval (PRI): 0.142 seconds; constant across the strip

QRS Complex: less than 0.12 seconds; ectopic beats much longer

S - T segment: normal, except for ectopic beats

T wave: normal, except for ectopic beats - T wave is flipped in lead II

Diagnosis:Sinus rhythm with frequent unifocal premature ventricular contractions, runs of bigeminy evident
